Leucadia Pride is a fundraiser for the North County LGBTQ Resource Center. Last year we raised $1,500. Help us double it this year.
The Center operates a facility in Oceanside that provides:
- An exclusive space dedicated to safe and supervised youth gatherings
- A second exclusive space dedicated to Behavioral Health services (this is the only behavioral health department in the San Diego region that provides gender affirming care and services for transgender and non-binary community members)
- A third exclusive space dedicated to senior services, case management, food distribution, service delivery, and community gathering and networking
- The Center also has the goal to build affordable housing units above the space to offer temporary and long-term housing to those in need.

The Center is currently facing a massive cut in grant funding both on the federal and state level. In a time where LGBTQI+ rights are being taken away, supporting local resources dedicated to defending those rights is especially important. Please help us support their mission and donate today. WHAT TO BRING:
It will most likely be a warm, sunny day, so here are a few things you may want to bring:
- Water - We can't bring water for everybody. Please bring your own.
- Sunscreen, hats - Keep yourself protected from the sun.
- A backpack or bag - We won't be able to store or transport things for you along the parade route. Please make sure you can carry what you bring!
- A lot of energy - Our mission is to cultivate and elevate uplifting energy. We want to bring a smile to every single parade participant. So please bring only good vibes to the parade route. Let's have fun, dance our asses off, and spread some love and pride to Leucadia :-)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- It is important that you RSVP if you would like to join us at the after party. Capacity is limited and only those who have registered will be able to join.
- If you don't already have an account on this website, you will be prompted to create one BEFORE you can RSVP. These are two separate tasks. Please remember to come back and RSVP to this event after you create an account.
