The first rule in improv is to always say “yes, and,” meaning you accept the creative offer you're receiving and you commit to adding to it.

What happens when we apply this wisdom to our own lives? Through this playful exploration, we'll use improv theater based games and activities to gain confidence in saying "yes, and" to life's opportunities. We’ll discover where we are unnecessarily putting up walls and playing small and why we're doing that. Next we’ll experiment with how it feels to not only embrace an opportunity (saying "yes") but to then add to it ("yes, AND").
