Event Highlights:
BreathTWERK™ Workshop: BreathTWERK™ is a liberating breathwork + dance experience designed to uncage your wild, awaken your sexual sovereignty, and transmute density in this safe container for transformation and emotional alchemy. Your somatic healing journey begins with a guided 3-part Conscious Connected Breathwork technique to get out of your head and into your body. Then we move into yoga-inspired floor movements followed by dance, twerking, primal embodiment & vocal toning. The experience will open and close with community sharing, connection, and integration.

Loose fitting clothes are best for twerking. Yoga pants are NOT recommended for BreathTWERK, but wear whatever you want. Bring your fur/layers for after the sun goes down.
